Recommended Telegram account settings to reinforce privacy.

Increase Privacy

iPhone and Android
- Settings > Privacy and Security
  - Scroll to Privacy section
    - set each item to:
      - “Nobody”
        
        If “Nobody” is unavailable, set to “My Contacts”

Disable Contact Sharing

iPhone
- Settings > Privacy and Security > Data Settings
  - Disable “Sync Contacts”
  - Click “Delete Synced Contacts”

Android
- Settings > Privacy and Security
  - Disable “Sync Contacts”
  - Click “Delete Synced Contacts”
