According to Chicago Police Department Special Order S04-09, under instruction from Mayor Lori Lightfoot, Governor Pritzker and Interim Superintendent Beck you are hereby ordered to disperse from gathering and loitering in a group you are now ordered to immediately disperse or face ticketing and subsequent arrest protocol under stated order S04-09, you now have three minutes to comply with this dispersal before the implementation of phase 2 of S04-09. Thank you, have a safe day.

  By State of Illinois Executive Order Number 10, “Stay At Home Order”, all individuals must remain and stay at place of residence unless for essential operations. At all times you must maintain a minimum of 6 foot distance between other individuals. Loitering is not exempt under Executive Order Number 10. You are now ordered to vacate the area or face ticketing and subsequent arrest protocol under Chicago Police Department Special Order S04-09.
  You have 3 minutes to comply. You are hereby warned. Thank you, have a nice day.
